The mission is to keep families together by averting the removal and foster care placement of their children and to provide services that are responsive to families' ethno cultural and religious traditions and needs. Family Preservation is a (4 to 8 weeks) crisis intervention and family stabilization program. It is targeted to families at imminent risk of having at least one child placed outside the home.
